What is mesotherapy?
Mesotherapy is a French rejuvenation technique in which hyaluronic acid, vitamins, enzymes, antioxidants and plant extracts are injected into the skin by microinjections to rejuvenate, hydrate and tighten the skin.
Mesotherapy relieves tired-looking skin and surface wrinkles, but it also helps the blood circulation to function properly and thus helps the body flush out unwanted toxins. We also use it to even out hyperpigmentation and to treat acne, making the skin visibly younger. Mesotherapy also alleviates the progression of dermatitis.
The use of mesotherapy in the field of medicine is really wide and depends on various factors: the place of application, the depth of application of the active substance and, above all, the active substance delivered to the body.

Who is mesotherapy suitable for?
Mesotherapy is essential for the removal of age-related skin changes, collagen production, hydration, improving skin elasticity, depigmentation, skin tone, or the removal of superficial scars.
Vitamin mesotherapy cocktails stimulate fibroblasts in the skin to produce more collagen to fight the signs of aging. The results of mesotherapy are visible after the first application, as you can see in the image to the right.
Can there be any side effects after application?
After the treatment, a slight diffuse swelling persists, small bruises, micro pustules and redness may appear after the injections. After the application of local anaesthetic, the client subjectively and briefly feels a tingling and burning sensation of the skin.
How does the treatment work?
During the procedure itself, we evenly go over the entire treated area, but we concentrate most on the problem areas. Using micro-injections, the active substances penetrate deep into the skin like no other treatment. Mesotherapy can be applied to problem areas, but also to larger areas of the skin. Into the skin we inject hyaluronic acid, retinol, thiamine, riboflavin, nicotinamide dexpanthenol, pyridoxine, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin D, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, tryptophan, tyrosine and other substances
used for biorevitalization of the skin.
The procedure is performed on an outpatient basis. The duration of the procedure is 20 to 30 minutes.
Visible results are achieved after the first treatment, but it is advisable to repeat it at least three times a year to maintain skin elasticity and hydration.
Is mesotherapy treatment painful ?
In mesotherapy, very thin needles are used. To increase comfort, we use an anaesthetic numbing cream before the treatment.
Types of mesotherapy we offer
It is probably difficult for a layman to know which mesotherapy is suitable for him or her - before each application we individually assess the skin and its needs and we will design a tailor-made therapy for the client (or client). Therefore, please take the product descriptions below as a very rough guide. 🙂
Jalupro HMW CollagenBooster
Jalupro is a sterile re-absorbable solution that acts as a filler. It promotes the restoration of the skin's physical condition, its elasticity and, most importantly, as the only injectable product on the market - the formation of collagen. It is injected into the subcutaneous tissue to refine the intracellular matrix and increase volume in damaged anatomical structures. Collagen (from the Greek "kólla", or glue) is the very "substance" in the skin that gives it elasticity and resilience.
The second layer of skin is made up of cells called fibroblasts. These secrete elastin. Together with elastin and other proteins called glycoproteins, collagen forms the extracellular matrix. This is the network that forms the skin itself - like a muscle, which gives it its real physical properties, i.e. tonicity, resilience and firmness.
Studies have shown that we lose roughly 1% of collagen every year from our twenties to our thirties - leading to a loss of elasticity and firmness in our skin. It is therefore very important to replenish it - for example with Jalupro HMW CollagenBooster.
Otherwise - the latest trends say that we need to supplement collagen preventively - at an early age - and prevent our skin from losing elasticity at all - and not to extinguish the problem when it is too late, because it is much more difficult to do so.
Skin booster -IQLIFT
IQLIFT skin booster is a universal booster for skin rejuvenation. It contains biomimetic peptides, stabilized vitamins, minerals and amino acids.
These ingredients help the formation of the dermis skeleton, reduce the depth and visibility of wrinkles, prevent their formation and prevent the breakdown of collagen (see its importance in the paragraph on Jalupro HMW), also activate various metabolic processes, promote skin cell metabolism and reduce the occurrence of oxidative stress.
It is injected into patients who show age-induced changes, photoaging, uneven skin tone, hyperpigmentation. It also helps to alleviate dehydrated and dull skin.
Aquashine BTX
AquaShine BTX is suitable for the prevention of aging as well as for the correction of existing skin changes (wrinkles, pigment spots, acne scars).
The product provides:

Sisthaema Hevo-T®
Sisthaema is a new generation mesotherapy similar to Profhilo. It is applied in a spot treatment and is very minimally invasive compared to other mesotherapies, which makes it very popular. The secret of the effective treatment lies in the combination of two substances - highly concentrated, fragmented hyaluronic acid and trehalose. After application, bioregeneration occurs, the skin begins to regenerate itself and produce new collagen fibres, leading to long-term rejuvenation.

PROFHILO®
Profhilo® is another of the new generation of mesotherapies. It is a treatment that rebuilds the skin by stimulating the process of collagen and elastin formation by slowly releasing highly concentrated hyaluronic acid at two different depths of the skin.
The patented formula expressly stimulates the production of 4 types of collagens, including type VII collagen, which restores the strong connections between the top and second layers of the skin, thereby remodelling the skin and subcutaneous tissue.
